Spank Industries is proud to announce Ryan Berrecloth, pro Freerider and Full Time Shredder, has resigned with Spank Bikes on an expanded sponsorship package. This year Ryan will be sporting the Tweet Tweet Dirtjump frame, Spank’s 2010 EVO line of rims, including Spike EVO 35AL DH Rims, Tweet Tweet EVO 30AL DJ Rims, and Subrosa EVO All Mountain Rims, and our complete line of Spank Saddles including the Subrosa, Tweet Tweet, and Starblast.
Plans for 2010 include participation at select industry contests, races and events. Ryan’s main focus is to expand product awareness of Spank and other sponsors thru several video projects, photo shoots and event marketing.
Ryan is also working on a deal with the Camp of Champions at Whistler, where he will instruct students on what it takes to become a pro. Anyone interested in bringing their riding to the next level should certainly take advantage of the opportunity to learn from Ryan’s experience and test out the new Spank gear.
Mike Dutton {Spank Brand Manager} – “We couldn’t be happier to have Ryan B on board in 2010! Ryan is a true professional, and always a pleasure to work with. His performance on and off his bikes meant that there was no question we would do everything we could to keep him with Spank. Ryan is an invaluable part of our rider testing team, the source of some absolutely amazing photo and video art for us, and a truly respectable ambassador for the sport. This year Spank will be sponsoring the Camp of Champions with bikes in the AirDome and wheels for the complete DH fleet. Having both Ryan and Andi Wittmann (another of our pro-riders) instructing there in 2010 means an amazing presence at the most exciting venue in the sport. Join us at the Camp of Champions, try the newest goods from Spank, and get the lowdown from Ryan Berrecloth.”
Ryan Berrecloth (pro athlete) – “I’m really stoked to be continuing my partnership with Spank for 2010 and years to come. The entire Spank team is a pleasure to work with and their support for me over the past couple years has been excellent. The line of hard tails are second to none including my favorite, the stylish Tweet Tweet. I’m fortunate to be part of the Spank team and to be able to run their saddles and rims on my Knolly freeride/downhill bikes. Cheers to a deadly 2010!”
