Precision Performance, Rotor's New Hydraulic-Actuated Drivetrains 1

Rotor is making a charge at the high-end drivetrain game with three offerings, all operating on a hydraulic system. Rotor is offering two different 13-speed options as well as a 12-speed offering. Unique features of the drivetrain include a "Go To Origin," button that makes the derailleur drop to the smallest cog in preparation for rear wheel removal. Rotor has also created its own quick-extract pulley system that will lock open to allow for easier removal of the rear wheel. The hydraulic shifter can be adjusted to have various degrees of lever throw for shifts. 

The Mountain Performance build is Rotor's top tier offering. The kit includes the rear hub, 13-speed cassette, hydraulic activated derailleur and shifter, chain, and Rotor's 2INpower MTB crankset with chainring. The full kit, including the hub, weighs in at 2,082g. Retail is slated at $2,899 USD. 

Rotor makes a Mountain Superlight drivetrain which utilizes many of the same parts as the Performance group but swaps cranks for the KAPIC carbon crankset and ring. All parts included, the Superlight group weighs 1816g, retail is $2,099 USD. 

For those not wanting to jump to 13-speeds, Rotor offers the Ready group, a 12-speed hydraulic system. The drivetrain includes a 12-speed cassette (available in a variety of ratios), chain, hydraulic shifter/derailleur, and KAPIC crankset. The drivetrain weighs 1531g (note, no hub) and will retail for $1,599 USD.
