PNW's Kid Specific Dropper Post - The Fern 3

One of our favorite MTB technologies makes its way to the kid's market.

In the last ten years, there have been a number of standout technologies that have improved mountain biker's ride experience. Near the top of that list is the dropper post. Kid's bikes have been experiencing a bit of a renaissance lately with some terrific jumps on design. PNW is bringing its experience and expertise to the kid's market with the Fern, a dropper post just for little shredders.

The Fern uses a lighter action cartridge to allow for little ones to actually drop the post under their own weight. With a minimum weight rating of 22-pounds, the Fern should be plenty light for the kiddos. Because it is externally routed and has a 27.2 diameter with the same cartridge construction (but operating at lower pressures) as PNW's Pine droppers, the Fern is designed to move from bike to bike as your child grows.
