Miranda Factory Officially Welcomes Jackson Goldstone

Still at a time where the return to competitions is uncertain, the UCI Miranda Factory Team has just hired the young Canadian star - Jackson Goldstone. After the world titles in 2020 in the E-Bike segment and also the brilliant performances in Downhill, this signing will undoubtedly be an asset for the Portuguese team.

Despite being quite young - only 16 years old, Goldstone already has victories on several well known world stages. Highlights for the achievements in the IXS Rookies World Championship, Crankworx or even Sea Otter Classic.

João Miranda, the person in charge of this formation, commented: “We will continue to bet strongly on the E-Bike segment, to defend the world title. In Downhill, we’ll have a young team, with a lot of motivation and able to fight for the victories in all the races. The best in the sport are with us and that’s what we’ll focus on.”

The promising athlete will make his debut this year in the Downhill World Cup - junior category, with the Portuguese team’s colors.

“I am very happy to join the Miranda Factory Team, in my first year at the World Cup. It’s a very complete team with excellent athletes. I spent three years at IXS with Nuno Reis and we have an excellent relationship. We are going to push each other and the results will appear” concluded Goldstone.

The inaugural round of the Downhill World Cup 2021 is scheduled for 24 and 25 April in Maribor - Slovenia.
