Fast has never been this fun. Cross-country racing and trail riding have evolved. We are riding faster and more technical terrain with drops and rock gardens that were only seen in downhill courses a few years ago. The climbs are getting longer, steeper and more technical. Just as the sport has evolved, so too have the bikes we design. The all-new Signal Peak was designed to take you to the top of the climb first, with a powerful pedaling platform, advanced tube shaping and carbon construction for maximum power transfer. Charge through technical rock gardens, drops, and root sections with ease because of the progressive suspension design and trail capable geometry. The Signal Peak just begs to be ridden fast.
All-Out Speed
The 2000 gram (4.41lbs) frame is designed to get you to the top of the climb first, while the 120mm of travel ensures you descend with confidence and speed. A 75 degree seat angle gives you an efficient and powerful pedaling position and the 68 head tube angle and short 430mm chainstay help you handle rough descents and switchbacks with confidence. High anti-squat numbers in the suspension design make for a pedal platform with miniscule pedal-bob so you can get where you need to go faster.
Instant Power
The Fezzari Racing Design Tetra-link suspension has been optimized for the Signal Peak to deliver a pedal platform that brings class-leading efficiency, while the 120mm of travel eats up all the technical sections of the modern XC course. Continual Dispersal Box Technology and purpose-built carbon construction make sure your power goes straight to the pedals.
All-Day Comfort
The progressive nature of the Tetra-Link suspension gives the Signal Peak a plush ride for all-day adventures and marathon XC racing. It has exceptional small bump compliance to eat up trail chatter and keep you fresh. Combine that with great bottom-out protection and you have a bike that punches ahead of its class. You can also run up to a 27.5x2.8 or 29x2.6 tire to suit your personal riding preference.

The Fezzari Difference
To build one of the most capable XC trail bikes in the world you have to nail the details. The Signal Peak started with a sketch and then a spreadsheet to be sure we incorporated the must-haves on the frame.
We started with geometry and kinematics design. We wanted a XC bike with trail qualities so we incorporated more trail focused geometry but with XC race bike pedaling performance. The trail chewing progressive feel 120mm travel slack 68 degree headtube and short 430mm chainstays made the biek playful, while high anti-squat numbers in the suspension design made sure all the power went through the pedals to the rear wheel for fast acceleration and a very stable pedaling platform.
All the computer modeling in the world is no substitute for actual trail testing. We prototyped our suspension design and geometry in an aluminum frame to see how the Signal Peak would feel. This allowed us to really dial in the feel of the bike.
The next step in the process was to prototype the carbon frame with a full-scale 3D-printed model. This allowed us to measure exact clearances for cranks, brake mounts, cable guides, cranks, water bottles, tires, and be sure the tube shapes looked exactly how we intended. All this painstaking work helped us to make final adjustments to ensure the final version of the bike would work perfectly.
After all this, it was finally time to cut the molds and work with a carbon frame. We’ve been through iteration after iteration on our layup design to get you an incredibly light 2000g frame weight while maintaining stiffness for great power transfer and cornering performance. The Signal Peak is constructed with our cutting-edge, carbon manufacturing process called Long Fiber Smooth Construction. LFSC uses longer carbon fibers and less material to make the frame stronger and lighter. It also makes the tubing walls smooth and consistent to give you better quality.
Before the full carbon frame of the Signal Peak could be ready for the trails, we put it through our rigorous testing standards, which are 130% of industry standard and include four additional tests that are not required because we will not fail on quality. After all, every Fezzari is backed with a lifetime warranty.
The final phase before production was a full-carbon prototype. We wanted to know exactly how the bike would perform in real trail conditions. We tested the bikes on world-class trails.
