The Ride Companion Podcast recently caught up with Brendan Fairclough to chat about his 2023 plans and much more. In this excerpt, Brendog hilariously compares the differences between attending a Supercross and World Cup downhill race.
Jokes aside, it's a comparison many people, myself included, make when we speculate why downhill racing isn't more popular or mainstream. But let's face it, downhill is a difficult spectator sport compared to a Supercross event held in a stadium. That's not to say downhill racing can't continue to grow, but Supeross vs. UCI DH probably isn't the most accurate comparison to continue making.
This shit was hilarious.
Which wc track is going to do the fans right and add a sand section?
Imagine if MSA just added a sand section in the middle of the ski run motorway haha
From racer, to freeracer and now freestandupracer. Great stuff!
