Looks like Tahnee is not racing hardline. She said in an IG post she isn’t comfortable on the new bike yet
I mean I'm glad she's prioritising the WC. Hardline just gets more and more dangerous every year. Just before the women start to feel comfortable running the course, they go ahead and add another new feature, and pull the rug out from under them. Like that insane river gap that would've killed someone in Wales. I'm not saying red bull do it on purpose, but maybe they've got to dial things back a little to keep the riders safe?
Riders aren't forced to do it though. The whole hardline thing is about getting gnarly/dangerous. While I don't agree with some of the course choices, who am I to argue with the best in the world whether they want/can/should do it or not?
