Just but a brand new diamond back mission and I took it out to the local trails and the next day I find my tired is flat I pumped it up and I heard a leak, but the leak was coming from the valve stem so do I need to buy a new tire or buy a new stem what should I do. ( Tired are tubeless )

I'd say it's most likely a rim strip issue. Often, the guys at the factory are a bit quick to just jam that valve stem through the rim tape and end up making a tear instead of a nice round hole. take off the tire and take out the valve stem and check. If it is torn, clean it well with rubbing alcohol and apply another layer of rim tape around the stem hole and make a nicer hole. I've also just used a piece of frame protection tape as a patch. Hope that helps!
