I'm pretty sure a lot of you have bikes that cost more than your vehicle... I know that's been the case for me for a long time, until I recently picked up my YT Tues. I've had trucks, hatchbacks, sedans, etc... but this is by far my favorite shuttle vehicle / daily driver I've ever owned.
It's a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX with 280K on the dash. Engine swapped with a 2004 STi, all terrain tires, 1.5" lift with heavy duty struts, etc... Currently only carries 2 bikes with my mega old Thule T2 rack (which I need to replace before it fails), but I'll soon have a roof rack for 3 more bikes. Might as well be able to carry as many bikes as I can people. Skid plate and bumper bar w/ lighting soon to come as well.
So, when there's no lift, what do you use to get your big bike to the top? We wanna see your whips!

2010 Nissan Frontier Pro4X.
2012 Cadillac CTS V Wagon though I picked up a pick up last fall so it is less frequently used for shuttling

Sami is good for trail maintenance days and just cruisin, the exploder holds it down. My buddy had a volvo wagon that was the shuttle king
Kia Soul gets me guarantee parking, this thing is small enough to get into most crowded places
Dig your gen two
I have 2008 gen 1 speed 3, close to 330 hp to the wheels when running e85, great shuttle car
Not so much for shuttling but ready to go on road trips and photo missions!
Waiting for my turn to ride.
2015 Sprinter 144 Crew 4x4 High Roof. Factory bench seat set back one row to create a VW Westfalia style camper on steroids. ARB 12V fridge/cooler for beer/food freshness, 17- 20 MPG burning 98.8% renewable diesel. Room for whatever you want, seat belts for 5. Shuttled Mills with 5 bikes, 5 guys, full weekend camping gear and a Yeti full of beer and ice with great ease. Looking for a solution/replacement for the Yakima - the rear doors can't open with it on, even with a 6" hitch extension. Dream rig and daily driver: waited, saved and hoped for the 4x4 for many years. So far so good. Always worth it when you need it.

On long trip we use a custom rack, which holds the bike by the front axle. Can comfortably accommodate five bikes, sets of kit, spares and people.

My 2002 S10. She's got over 200,000 miles on her, but she's still running strong!
