Hey all, after many years off the MTB (still on a dirt bike though) I started riding again on my really out MTB when my son wanted to start racing MTB's with the school.
Loving it once again, so I just purchased a Specialized Stumpjumper Expert, I have been running clipless (cant believe they are still called that after all these years). Though I am thinking about going flats, which I have not run since 1992.
I would like the option of going back and forth from my SPD's to flats, and I see many choices out there, I would love to year your thoughts on a few that I am looking at:
Raceface Atlas - 349g
Canfield Brothers Crampon Ultimate Pedals - 342g
DEITY - TMAC PEDALS - 409g
Anyone have any experience with any of these pedals? Will do they hold up well?

Of the three that you mention, I'd go with the T-MACs. Super grippy, and very reliable. Took 2nd place in our shootout (link above). The Atlas offers great grip, but the bushings wear out really quickly. The Canfields are an OK choice if you are looking for a super-thin pedal, but they do give up some grip to the class-leaders.
Thank you very much!!
