New links, Old Chain?

Hey Guys I'm new here bit I have a question.... I've broke my chain and I used some new links and abother masterlink to put it back together... but now every time i pedal and it gets to that one spot where I fixed it it make a cracking noise and feeling and it's driving me nuts.... so will it wear in and the sound go away is what I'm asking.... thanks in advance!Smile

Also my chain is about 2-3 months old...

you should* replace the entire chain when it breaks. new chains every so often helps the rest of your drivetrain last longer.

*but there's only one way to find out if the noise will go away...

I'm guessing you have a stiff link. You should be able to loosen. Just google loosen stiff chain link and see how it goes
