Here is my final build of the fork I ordered from Eternity Titanium that I should be receiving in the next couple of weeks. It doesnt come with the shock, and I will be putting on a Rock Shox Super Deluxe Ultimate with a MegNeg kit. Except for two bearings for the swingarm and the heim joints in the brake rod, it is entirely aluminum and titanium. According to the builder/owner of Eternity Titanium it should be about 7 lbs with the Rock Shox which isnt super light but in the dual crown DH MTB fork range(which I was considering getting, and reducing travel). The original prototype that I posted in the other thread did not have the floating brake system but the newest model I'm getting does. The fork allows replacing the shock and obtaining up to 215mm of travel(I am doing 160mm). I have always been intrigued with the linkage forks and technology in general since my motocross days. Looking forward to mounting this and seeing how it performs!!

Moosey, me too!! Gonna be a while still as I have to build a wheel around the Trailmech hub that they have included, because the 25mm axle made making my Hope hub impossible to convert. I also need to find the right brake caliper adaptor. Working on finding the right adaptor right now actually. Just a side note, I used to race moto at the fairgrounds and outside Fallon, and a lot of racing at Fernley MX........back in the day. lol

Hahaha no way! I used to watch the Octane events dirt bike races they would throw at the fairgrounds. Haven’t lived in Nevada since 2011 ish though. I just have never figured out how to update it lol.

Since before trust launched their linkage forks I’ve always thought linkage forks were the way to go. I got to fool around on some trust forks and my God they were really onto something, I just never got the funds to buy one. I think the fork you have on the way is way cooler, and I love that you can use a rear shock on it. Good luck with the wheel build and stuff, really can’t wait to see it mounted and ready.

I still have it and it works very well. I admit I havent got a great amount of trail time on it as we prepped and sold our Krazyfornia home/moved to Texas/got rotator cuff surgery/out for at least 6-8 more months recovering. Thats life when you are a OG mtb'er!! I am looking at obtaining a upgrade for this fork from the manufacturer, replace the downtube with an upgrade that will attach via a upper and lower double tree steerer.
