Let's Build the Most Expensive DH Bike Ever

I almost bought the eclipse tubes this summer, before I took a long hard talk with my self about the price.
That is 140 usd for inner tubes.. Lighter then tubeless, won't burp, supposedly hella puncture resistant, supposedly used for a while by the syndicate. Still... 140 usd for innertubes.

Would fit -ish.. Either 26x2.25-2.6 or 27.5x2.25

Updated the build with the new Trickstuff Cleg 4 mk II brakes, BOS Void rear shock and DT hub ratchet upgrade.

We're getting close to breaking the $17,000 line!

Idaho - The Stoy doesn't come in 8.75x2.75 and next most expensive frame is the Demo S-Works which is $500 cheaper so the added cost of the Ti spring doesn't get us over.

gr8day4ridin - Push doesn't offer their shock in the right dimensions for most DH bikes as far as I know. Also, ProCore isn't compatible w/ the ENVE rims. But, if someone can come up with a rim that is compatible and over $781 then we'd have a more expensive combo.

Well MTN-10 is even more, but it doesn't say anything about the price of upgrades...

Sweet! Added until we figure out if those FSA cranks are really an option for a DH bike. And FYI, I'm going to use US MSRP...

And FYI, I'm going to use US MSRP to keep this consistent.

These cranks!

By far more expensive. Not quite sure but at least 1500$.

And works for DH!

You could have the frame and fork custom painted to add another $600-$1000.

Kinda tough to get a set in stone price though.

An Öhlins TTX 22 retails for $800 USD plus spring for another $50, and there have been some that have been modified to fit frames other than the new Demo.

Also the Stendtec/EXT Arma retails for 600 GBP or $866. Downhill specific and custom lengths are available so it should fit on the session frame.

I believe the E.13 LG1r chainguide is more expensive than the mrp! According to CRC and usd conversion, rrp should be $276.80. Research the rrp more if you like, but even if it falls $50 short its still significantly pricier than MRP!
Just checked e.13's site, they sell it direct for $199, cheaper than some of my local bike shops are selling it for.

Stendec Arma Shock - 875.00 USD
DING DING DING.

Do you know if it comes w/ the ti coil or is that another couple hundred we can add to the build?

Boosh, added King hubs and a couple other parts and pushed past $18k, quickly climbing to $19k....

I feel a bit bad saying this, but the MRP G4 Carbon or SXg Carbon retail for $224.95. We're not actively TRYING to make the most expensive guide, but we certainly want to offer extremely premium products for those who want them. We have guides that provide the same security (like the G3 Steel) for nearly a third of that price, albeit at a higher weight.

Wasn't ratboy running procore on his enves at the first World Cup this year? I know it failed but at least they got it in there
