Is this crack in my frame?

Hi

I have Gian reign 2 2013 since february and its a great bike. But few days ago I found a strange green line on the frame. And I am not sure if its a crack or not. You can see it across the weld. I uploaded some photos, but becous the flash from my mobile phone they are´t very good.

Judging by the photos, I'd say it's a scratch. It just seems too straight for a crack. But just to be sure/carefull, make a small mark on both ends of it, ride hard and check it regularly to see if it's grown.
