Yes. Rotational impact is a huge factor when it comes to eating shit. 6D's system has elastomers between the EVA liner and the hanging suspension (the part that is MIPS in TLD) to create a third part of the puzzle, basically little mini airbags which help slow down the impact speed while dissipating the energy into the helmet.
