Hey guys, noob here and I bought a Fuel Ex 9 used. The lockout handlebar mount wasn't really working right but looks like the adjuster on the shock is what's going on. The rebound clicks fine but the CTD just rolls. Any suggestions before I send it off?

We were all noobs once! Welcome.

I believe that shock requires the lockout lever to stay in the various CTD modes. It does so by holding cable tension on the adjuster at different angles of rotation.

Thanks, i don't know whats going on with it. I have the CTD Fox lever and when i would set to climb it wouldn't feel like it. Like the adjuster wasn't going all the way in. It may be more of a cable/lever issue if that's the case.
