Hello, so I have a Sram gx eagle set up on my bike, now on my derraileur I’ve noticed it said clutch bearing roller, what does this do? I’ve also noticed a button with a picture of a lock on it.. is this meant to lock it in place when pushed in? Although when I did it it just pushed back out, so how does this work??

Simply rotate the derailleur cage/pulley wheels forward, then hold the button in while releasing the cage. This removes the tension from the chain so you can remove/insert your wheel more easily.
The clutch adds resistance to the cage, preventing the chain from slapping your chainstay and improving chain retention. It's built into SRAM derailleurs and cannot be turned on/off.
