Are You Ready For Some Gravity Racing in Nevada?

Bootleg Canyon Gravity Racing will play host to the 2016 DVO Nevada State Gravity Championships in Downhill, Super D and Dual Slalom on January 15 thru January 17, 2016, at Bootleg Canyon, in Boulder City, Nevada. As always, the event will end with the Open Chainless DH race just before the awards ceremony.



There will be a $2,000.00 Pro Cash Purse for the DH Competition provided by: DVO Suspension. With the State Championships so early in the year, you will carry the honor of being the State Champ for the next 11 months!





Trucker Co will be helping out the Junior Experts by awarding a $100.00 cash prize to the fastest Junior Expert in the downhill race.

All 3 disciplines will also be part of the DVO Winter Gravity Series. Awards' ceremony with medals and prizes for amateurs, and cash and medals for the pros after each race. Series champions will have a separate awards ceremony after the finals on March 13, at the Reaper Madness.

This new for 2016 USA Cycling rule may interest anyone that used to race in Pro, or Category 1 (Expert): A new one-day license option will be available for former racing members in non-beginner racing categories that want to try racing again without becoming an annual member. Priced at $25, this one-day license will be available as a one-time option for any upper-category former racer through his or her online account.
