Mille Johnset saying on stories "big news are coming"
Suárez Alonso.... any guess about the hidden bike pic?
The hidden bike could just be an unreleased Commencal. Max Commencal mentioned that they have two new bikes on the way in an interview with Wyn Masters. Likely a Supreme SX or something like that, since the Supreme DH proto is no secret. But there's another forum for those speculations.

"Hey Guys, please note this video is a YT production, with no input from 23 Degrees. It's YT that came to us wanting to take a break for their own reasons. Dave and Dak are signing for other World Cup Elite teams, they'll announce in January I assume. Oisin has a ride next year, and I believe Guy has some plans, but not fixed yet. It's true, I've been on the circuit for 26 years straight, so a break, especially after 2 years of covid travel hassles, isn't a bad thing, and for sure I and my race team staff want to be back at the finish line supoorting our new team's racers in 2023."
That would be YT saying "This World Cup racing is really expensive.. Do we really need this?"
The YT Mob is officially Taking a Break.

I have a Jeffsy and am seriously looking into selling it because YT dropped the mob… FOR THE SECOND TIME. I get racing isn’t cheap, maybe not even cost effective, but I’m into companies that put bike sales back into the community/sport… not on some low grade marketing horror film.
They already have your money, so what are you trying to prove by selling your bike?

Keep in mind, YT was sold to a private equity firm in August. This is more likely the new owners trying to reduce costs so YT is in a better financial position to be resold at a future date.
i wonder where he is going. there is a free spot available at an austrian team, MS Mondraker. I think he would be a good fit...

This makes a lot of sense to me. Also David Trummer has been coached by Markus Pekoll in the past. Pekoll is a former MS Mondraker rider and still has links to Mondraker.
I was curious, as he hashtagged his YT farewell instagram post with #goodtimes as the only hashtag, which is a hashtag that GT and GT riders use pretty often. Also curious if GT is going to be putting out a new Fury this year. It's ALSO GT's 50th anniversary this coming year.
Ahh yep. You're right. I see the hashtag #goodtimes on their posts as well. I guess a lot of people use the hashtag/saying (FastHouse does as well, I believe).

It sounds like they're coming out with their Glory again. I've always felt like DH bikes sold the rest of the lineup.
Nobody's reposting 5 year old runs of DarkFest or EWS footage or Nino punching some epic technical attack to pass the competition.
It's all Gwin, Hart's balls, etc.
Everyone rides trail bikes down the mountain with the thought that they're doing their own form of World Cup Downhill race.
YT just isn't dependable. Maybe they'll figure it out eventually, but the people I'm rooting for are Dak (Captain Potty Mouth)
, Trummer & Whitley. All three deserve a standout year.
Look no further than my 11 year old as an example of what sells bikes. Raised with Rampage, Crankworx and WC media coverage he stills goes back to watching old editions of his favorite events. He's a two weeks a year park rat and wants a DH bike someday. This year we let him choose his next bike and his top choices, Propain, Commencal and Trek (we intervened though and got him a Transition). He admires Gwin but has no interest in a YT or Intense. Remy's early shredits on Commencal are forever embedded in his memory and now not only does he want a Propain but every component he uses as well. Trek, Gwin in his prime, Cam Mcall, the IFHT guys, Jackson Goldstone, Brandon, Brett....
He loves Loic and Finn but not interested in Specialized, when was the last time someone rode one at Rampage? Big Seth fan but doesn't know what bike he rides. Marketing people better be paying attention, the next generation has the potential to be a huge market.
Gwin takes the whole YT team to intense as a big but classy middle finger to YT and MW, Neko to head up Jr. development, and Dak and David T race elite with Aaron.
I’d place a 10 dollar bet every dude complaining about the vanzacs poster has visited a porn site this year and watched someone actually be sexually exploited while throwing zero money down. As long as the women are being paid fairly and want to be photographed who’s business is it to call it distasteful.

2) Did you all pick up that Charlie Murray (Chaz Maz) has only been seriously riding bikes for 4 years? So crazy.
3) Eddie is in that video because he (and Pivot) basically supported Charlie in his first year racing abroad before he got his deal with Specialized.
Lol
I'm a big fan of most of Eddy and the Vanzac's shenanigans, the calendar was straight-up offensive.
