To keep the Intense train going (they can thank us later for all the free advertising) I just saw Kovariks post with the new Tracer and he mentioned to someone to check the site for more details. Went to the site and in the Enduro section the Carbine and older Tracer have been removed. Maybe the launch is finally close.
We've slagged them a bit the last few weeks, but hopefully they nail this one and what's going on now starts pushing them back to the top. Everyone likes a good comeback story.

Looks like there will now be different Topaz shocks, one with old preset 3 position compression and new with adjustable compression. Pretty good news in my opinion

That is quite possible. On their webpage they advertise them as fitting different suspension styles (high vs low leverage). But the aircan is also different between the normal topaz and the topaz with the weird piggyback so I'd say the added negative air spring volume is what makes the real difference in that case, hence high vs low leverage aim.

Or to stop the shocks blowing up due to horrendous flex inherent in that frame design (and a few others)
Oh thou floating linkage and trunion mount, thee art NOT a match made in heaven. *seal head kablooey*

Yeah, this kind of posts... Not sure. I think we need more of these to be sure.
Something completely different: I got information that Orbea will be coming out with a new version of their XC full sus Oiz later this year.
When asked if it will go the „new school, DC“ route the rep said: „Supposedly“.
Really looking forward to that bike. Since we sell Orbea I‘m tempted to order blindly.

Looks different to that. No climb switch, no HV can, no LSC? HSC? adjuster. Does NZ have them for sale?
upon looking at dvo nz's insta that prototype shock appears to be the t2 with added adjustment, seen a few of them around new Zealand on sponsored riders bikes
It was sarcasm, I thought it was the electric shock lockout or whatever he had going on last year as I can't see the tele rod that would be on the fork like usual.
Re Loics bike, the stroke sensor is hidden behind the fork, I think you can see the collar to mount it right below the handlebar on the left stanchion. Plus you can see the front brake is wrapped in shrink tube, which ordinarily doesn't make sense (usually it's the rear brake that's joined with the derailleur housing, as is the case here), but you can also see a wire going into it right above the left brake lever.
I get it's a joke, I'm just adding reasons to clear the thought of it being an e-bike. I mean it can be, but it's wired up for telemetry for sure.
Conti seems to have something going on today. Gee Atherton has taken over their insta stories and theres a picture of a line of bikes with their new tires. Onto of this all, they are alluding to a press conference of some sort for "something exciting". I am pretty pumped for these new treads.
