Trippy. Two layers sandwiched together? Instead of one thicker layer?
Yea, that's an interesting illusion. There's that 3rd facet at the rotor edge that makes one side brighter too. Can seem like it's a thicker 2 piece, but it's could also be one piece, with colored arms and a rounded edge.

Spotted this Prototype in a beer garden in Freiburg, Germany post ride. Specialized? BMC?

I'm guessing machined and painted, so not 'just painted', which is the way I meant to ask if the contrast is there just from the paint, with not thickness difference.
DVO are testing a new fork and shocks

Matt Jones latest video of the Madeira Enduro has a segment with his brother Jono chasing Clementz on one of the new Cannondale HP bikes. You can’t see much, and, of course Jerome is a masterful bike handler so he makes it look super good. Here’s a screen grab, nothing we haven’t seen before. Also, Jerome is getting a bit chubby , nice to see that he is human after all 😂.

I think that belly just makes him faster. Gain weight, loose time. It's simple physics.
Jerome for sure is an alien, but he is a cool guy and a class act. I did pick his brain about the bike and he said it is fast, but interestingly that it doesn't seem to work as a mullet. We also talked a bit about fun/fast bikes and he did mention he did some testing comparing the Trigger and Jekyll (not sure about that one) a while back and while the Trigger felt fast, it was of course the slowest, but that fast feeling was caused by having more fun, more pop, etc.
Then we also talked about concussions (a friend of mine crashed on the second to last day, ending his race) and he did comment on how concussions should be an instant DNF for anyone, pro or not and the like. And he was asking how said friend is feeling the next morning and the like.
On that note, another class act and a fucking legend, Leo Kokkonen
It really does look AL, but it’s the current gen. If it’s a new one, we can say it’s a very minor facelift - suspension looks the same, tubing is almost identical, biggest difference would be a degree or more here and there in the geo department. So my guess is it’s the current frame - they need to come out with something totally new and way better to fight the competition!

What’s the point in covering it? It’s clear it’s once again a dw-link bike. I understand Commencal’s approach in covering a complete redesign, but this???
From the Karver's instagram, looks like the new intense bike is on its way to athletes

would be interesting to see the geo chart, bike looks a bit short and HA steep in these pics so far.

Bring some attention to something that would not interest anyone otherwise. One could even go as far as to think that a brand could just decide to Troll the market by hiding their frames simply to have people talk about them.
As for everyone whining about how old and dated the Glory is, Thirion placed 8 on the first WC of the season which is pretty consistent with his results last season with what would be considered by the same people as the faster bike on the planet. So either Thirion training over the winter paid off immensely and allowed him to just stay where he was in the rankings, or the Glory is good enough and its potential speed pretty much identical to the "fastest" bike on the WC.

or Thririon is a wizard in those conditions and could have won with a Supreme.. haters are gonna hate haha. Some people just dont get a long with some suspension platforms and they bash them.. some just pick up from muscle memory how they need to make input to a different bike based on previous experience and they rip in any bike..

Is that a new Glory? Looks like AL and no fancy paintjob as it had at the team launch:

AL Race bike has Trunion mount shock with different designed rockers/flip chipped
Carbon Press release bike looks to just be a repainted last Gen production frame.
