I think the rear end might be a bit shorter. Otherwise the shape isn't that different to the current linkage (as far as triangulation of the pivots goes).
On the other hand, looking at the picture of the aluminium link, it might just be a machined out aluminium link for lightness (with the majority of the green parts of the link removed).
The Athertons for example had the rocker bridge removed on the Supreme V3. And there have been other similar mods done to the bikes before.
EDIT: yeah, the stock CS length is 430, you can hardly go shorter on a DH bike

It's probably just a new lighter machined part. It might also give the shock a slightly different angle of attack leverage wise. And Primoz, mine are 412mm. With 9.5" travel. But that's custom made by me.
new knee pads from specialized? long upper gasket. saw these in a video clip from a shoot with brosnan

Jackson Frew at the Australian nationals yesterday which looks carbon to me ? Theres a clip on Racheal Athertons Facebook to of her on the ski lift and its definielty carbon also heard on another from from someone who is currently in NZ and saw it in the flesh
I don't know, it looks pretty standard to me. I can't see any welds, but they aren't that big on the stock bike and all the tubes look very similar:
The headtube/toptube junction in Rachel's clip definitely looks like carbon, but maybe they just took that out for a few secret runs, or the carbon model looks really really similar to the aluminum one.

on the yellow one above, correct me if am wrong but u can clearly see welds at the seat tube junction underneath on the flat section and at the underneath of the headtube right where the lower crown intersects the downtube, enlarge pic.
To me the above black one looks the same esspecially at the underneath set tube junction the flared out flat part, carbon would not look like that.
loic bruni's bike w/ data acquisition goods.

Looks a lot more like the Sunn DH frame of a couple years ago, to me.
Obviously not an exact match, but the Canfield is a short dual-link design and this looks like a high single pivot with a pull-to-push linkage, a la the Sunn. (I know pull-to-push is not the technical term, but I'm not an engineer.)
Yeah, a high single pivot with a pulley more or less on the pivot axis with a classical pull-rod to a rocker design.
Apart from the split pivot element and quite likely a lower pivot design, the Wilson is quite similar.
It's a surprise to see Commencal go the pulley route though, i'd figure the more well known brands would stick to the direct chain layout. Though yeah, there is Ghost and to some extent Bulls (they are AFAIK quite well known when it comes to hardtails in Germany).
Looks good to me, be interesting to see more and or if its just a mule or will be raced in WCs as a potential production rig!
Would have loved to have seen Sunn continue its development and committment to DH, would have been interesting to see what the Sunn could have been now with development at WC level, not talking about that bike above (looked good a few years back on paper) , its pretty old now, design is still relevant, I believe but if evolved to 2015 demands, longer lower, shock etc, either BOS or Ohlins input, would have been cool.
Gawd that Lapierre is ugly, they seem to gojng the opposite way accross whole range, that ugly fuggly is better A Lambo Contag is ugly but thats in a good way, this is not, thank gawd Blienky not riding that thing this year haha, his Norco though oh!
Also, I've been told by an "industry insider" (who was in Queenstown a few weeks back) that the Polygon bike Remy Morton is currently riding is a near-production model. http://instagram.com/p/0Rg7l5iBBC/ http://instagram.com/p/0UjT8VCBLU/
Looks like almost the same bike the team was riding last year, except the top tube doesn't look as ugly
