So i was given a Mongoose XR 75 for my birthday and it has a element racing fork/suspension and I wish it could be easier to compress the shock and I was wondering how to do that. It doesn't have any knob or adjusters on top of the fork.

thank you in advance

I'm afraid to say that nobody has been answering this post because there's most likely no help for that suspension. By "Compress the shock" I assume that you mean the rear. To make it compress more easily you'd have to either replace the spring with a softer one, if they are available. Or if it is the damping circuit, either change the shim stack, or more likely on a shock like that, drill out the compression circuit holes. But I'm not sure if you'd be able to find a shop willing to work on it.
