Fox Racing sent over the full all-mountain kit for a test which included the Flux helmet, Live Wire jersey and Ventilator shorts. I spent some time grinding up and down my local trails and was stoked on the fit and performance of the gear. Check out the detailed reviews below. Spring is here! - Jason Smith
Fox Flux Helmet
The first thing I noticed when I held the Fox helmet was the weight. Coming in at 390g the Fox Flux is a light-weight lid with ample coverage. It has a unique, modern look complemented by the spoiler on the back portion of the helmet. Wide vent holes for maximum ventilation breathing room keep things cool on those hot days, and the functional Detox retention system in the back allow for easy adjustment and perfect comfort. The Flux clocks in at $99.95 and should be checked out if you're in the market for excellent choice when looking for a new all-mountain or cross country lid.

Fox Ventilator shorts
The new 2010 Fox Ventilator are a lightweight, modern riding short with essential features. The two durable side waist adjusters make customizing your the fit easy and the left pocket it has a pullout sunglass wipe which is convenient on those hot days with the sweat running down. The 4 mesh vents in the front and back to create circulation and the striped mesh pattern adds to the asthetics of the shorts. At first the shorts seemed a little on the long side, but when actually on the bike, in riding position, the length seemed just right. If you have short legs, you may have a different experience.

Fox Live Wire Jersey
The Live Wire is a lightweight short sleeve jersey with a full zip up the front. Not one who normally wears a zip front jersey, I was satisfied with the cut and fit and I never noticed the zipper on the trail. Having 3 rear pockets was handy for rides where a hydration pack isn't necessary, but carrying some extra food or drink kept the mind at ease. It includes a convenient sunglass wipe on the inside right of jersey and is ready for any hot, sunny ride.
