Mongoose has always made decent bikes at great prices, and for 2018 they're continuing with the theme by improving on an existing trail platform – the Salvo. Highlights include a tweaked linkage layout providing 120mm of travel, plus 2.6-inch tires for a more forgiving ride with plenty of traction. The Salvo Pro features a wide-range 1X drivetrain and, new for the 2018 season, a dropper post.
