Loic Bruni ended up in the top spot after timed training concluded at the Leogang World Cup DH today. While timed training isn't terribly important, Loic admits that a top result is good for confidence with the rest of the weekend ahead. The changes to the Leogang course which removed groomed, bermed corners replaced with natural, off-camber side-hilling seem well-received by Loic and others. Loic injured himself in Croatia, the first World Cup DH of 2018 and could not race. He returned to Fort William last week with a successful podium result. Today his performance indicates he's fully up to speed again. Earlier this week, Loic spoofed us all earlier this week by claiming he may be racing his Stumpjumper.
