The Next Evolution of iXS Knee Pads

Seeking to improve their lineup, iXS has updated almost all of their kneepads with AeroMesh fabric throughout which is lightweight, moisture-wicking, and antimicrobial. The material features a tighter weave than what was previously used, meaning that the pads will maintain their stretch longer and through more wash cycles.

New for 2018, iXS have added the Flow Zip knee pad which features a flexible zipper on the side for easy on/off without having to remove shoes. All the pads now feature the ability to remove the Xmatter pad material so they can be washed in hot water. The Carve EVO+ pad also gets more protection on the sides.

2017 iXS Upper Body Armor

iXS has also updated their upper body armor to include similar materials. These vests and jackets features an Xmatter spine protector which is EN-1621 certified. New for 2018 is the Trigger upper armor which includes elbow pads. You’ll notice silicon near each of the pads which not only add detail and improve the looks, but also help keep the pads in place by adding resistance to the stretch of the fabric. You’ll find a new FlexZip front zipper made by YKK which is a stretchable zipper that helps prevent migration and bunching.
