2011 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships

The 2011 UCI World Champions of mountain biking are underway in Champery, Switzerland. Featuring one of the steepest and most technical downhill courses of the year, Vital MTB will bring you all the incredible action as racers battle for the renowned title of World Champion. 840 racers from 49 countries are present in Champery as competition for all major mountain bike disciplines takes place throughout the week. 4X qualifying proved to be tricky as some top names struggle with mechanicals and the technical track. Downhill training continued with muddy conditions that resembled the fabled 2007 World Cup.
