Mounted a Specialized Swat tool in the steertube. Had to use an adapter rail to fit the bottlecage because of the Öhlins STX.

Switched the Marzocchi Z1/Fox 36 Factory combo to Öhlins RXF36 and DVO Diamond combo. Also mounted a STFU, makes the bike a bit more quiet.

Z1 is a super nice, super smooth fork, but lacks a bit adjustments. RXF is a bit overdamped, both compression adjusters need to be fully open and rebound almost as fast as possible, but it;s also pretty smooth and pretty light. DVO suits me the best for now. Settings are noticeable, and the OTT funtions pretty good. It a tad bit heavy, but fine for me.

Cool - I'd defo recommend a lighter tune on the RXF - I felt the same with mine but now running a C30 (from C40) its much better.

I'm going to sell the RXF because of the steerer being to short to fit in combination with the angleset.

how do you like the -2 angleset? my 140 evolink already feels pretty slack with the stock 64 degree HTA

Hi, with the stock 200x57 shock it will be too slack. But i've put a 210x55 shock in the bike, so I really needed the angleset to slacken it out again. I'm back at the "orginal" 64 degrees now. Also see the Pole Evolink 1.4, i just upgraded my 1.3 to 1.4 by switching the shock and angleset.
