Can you tell us more about the gear box you used and the development process with this build?

The gearbox website is www.effigear.com and there is a bit of history there. http://www.vitalmtb.com/community/david-roumeas,24891/setup of one of their bikes. There are a few pictures of construction on my Instagram @richardgoldsbury as far as development goes i drew it got some parts cut made it then have ridden it a lot. I've changed from the sequential trigger shifter to the twist shifter, and changed to bigger reduction by changing to bigger sprockets. Right now I'm trying it as a wide range 5 speeds but I think the steps are to big, so will return it to 9 speed soon. I've changed from the fixed rear hub to a freewheel also. It fits 650b wheels but I'll wait at least until the Marzocchi 350 forks are available for the rest of us! It runs super quiet, and when riding in a train of others you hear the other bikes clunking.
