This started as a stock build, but I pretty quickly switched out almost all the parts, going with silver/chrome when possible. Significant upgrades: the Runt in the Lyrik (big improvement!); the DVO Jade X (sans green!) that replaced the Super Deluxe air; Oneup oval chainring; 45t cassette w/ medium cage derailleur (no more mech rock smashes!); Works headset to rake the fork out to 63.5 degrees; G2 Ultimate levers (chrome!); 3D printed cable holder under the bottom bracket
