3-4 people showed up at the first DH race of the year at Beech Mtn on this thing.  Everyone was in awe because I "think" it was the first commercially available DH bike that had been piloted by Palmer other than the M1.

A guy roled that bad boy out of his truck, takes his first run through the rock garden after crossing the road just smoking the rocks like a badass.
Skips off line right at the exit, breaks I think his hand, packs it up, leaves...and sells it.  He never raced DH again.

A National Championship winning pro comes down, catapults himself onto his back on the pavement & let me race it that weekend.
I can confirm that it was 100% cheating compared to the other stuff we all had serving as cobbled together DH rigs.
