New Jewel range features is the result of last full year of intensive job developing and improving each aspect of our previous range:



Our main priority has been achieve an indestructible product, capable to keep working under extreme conditions, crash-proof and not easy to be damaged in case of poor handling.



After this, we designed with support of best manufacturers of seals and bushings, an guided system remaing astonishing while smooth.



And as an indirect result, although have been oversized bolts and tube walls, but thanks to the easy implementation of a pneumatic cylinder in our system, we obtained the lightest adjustable seatposts range.



All these previous gains besides keeping a fine and compact design, good ergonomics and a performance aimed to demanding trainings and racing.





AN EVEN BETTER ERGONOMY



Our complete ergonomic cable routing to main tube, as always, now improved with a rear acces, enables to quick and easy plug and unplug in/out the seatpost, and facilitates cable replacement and regulation.



On handlebar, lever has been replaced by a simple button. Positioned low or high and left or right on handlebar, and close to the grip to follow holding the handlebar firmly, and enables press the button ergonomically by a minimal thumb movement.





STURDY AS AN INDIAN TOTEM



All parts have been constructed of 7075-T6 aircraft aluminium alloy by CNC machined processes in Barcelona, Catalonia.



Reinforced internal main tube to avoid strangulation, due frame clamp overtorque.



Redesigned and highly reinforced saddle support FAS:

Head machined seatpost, not a detached head mortised.

7075-T6 aircraft aluminium alloy machined rail clamps.

Machined serrations keeps saddle tilt settings firmly.

Separately regulations for tilt and offset settings.





SUPERB SMOOTHNESS WHITOUT "JUNK" PLAY



Our triple guiding line based on parallel keys system completly eliminates any radial/axial play. In addition this avoids radial flexion and guarantee a longest life than other producers guiding systems based on cylindrical pins or bearing balls.



A sturdy bushing system of IGUS® and QUADRANT® low friction polymers, and clever preloaded seals of SKF® Polyurethan completly eliminate any play, while providing a superb smoothness.



A total of 8 high quality seals by SKF® and SIMRIT® keeps the dirt out, and a totally sealed air pressured chamber.



And thanks a KLÜBER® silicone oil, for sure the best lubricant in your bike ever, guarantee a maintenance free and seals durability, for life.





PREDETERMINED AND SHARP STOPPING POINTS



The patent pending Magnetic Control Locking System (MCL®). Our awarded and innovative mechanical locking system controlled by magnets. Enables predetermined and sharp stopping points, avoiding the annoying “sloppy” feel of hydraulic systems.



Now improved with QUADRANT® polymers PTFE loaded. And a redesigned piston profile enables a smoother and silent activation, and a faster response even.
