Vorsprung Secus - does exactly what it says on the tin. Coil like initial and mid-stroke, prevents the fork from diving through the mid-stroke (especially on steeps). Favourite bit of kit.

Garbaruk cassette on a Rocky Mountain Altitude Powerplay? 108NM! Garbaruk says no E-bikes with this cassette. I have a custom Rocky Mountain Instinct Powerplay myself. XTR chain? No link glide? 25 Kilos?!

XTR chain is no weaker, actually lasts 2-3x longer than an XT chain in all the data available from both the plate and rollers getting additional treatment at only 30% more cost. Plenty of people running non-Linkglide chains with no issues on eMTBs. 

I don't ride the eMTB around in ludicrous mode all day, mostly in trail and trail+ sometimes (makes climbing too numb) so not rushing out for Linkglide (and lots of cheap 12sp Shimano takeoffs). Even at 108nM is peak torque, a chain is magnitudes stronger. Chains snap because of shifting in high/very high power mode's under lateral load (shifting). If you break a 12sp XTR chain on an eMTB, you would break a LinkGlide chain too.

As mentioned in the notes, the Garbaruk cassette was ported over from my old bike. Have had no issues so far and may replace it with an XT cassette when it wears out. Though the one upside is the Garbaruk is all a single piece of steel (except the last cog) so unlike Shimano cassettes, the force is spread a little wider (so you don't get issues like the 8th cog on a Shimano cassette bending as it's the largest cog with only 1 rivet attached to the rest of the spider), which also reduces the bite into the cassette. It's more less a similar construction to X01/XX1 cassettes (at very similar weights) and they are used on eMTBs without issues. That being said Garbaruk doesn't say it isn't rated for eMTBs (where as lighter Leonardi cassettes do explicitly say), they just don't say it is eMTB rated. 90% of the parts on your bike aren't explicitly rated for eBikes either. Hell 90% of the tyres marketed as eMTB Ready is the exact same tyre it was with an additional certification.
