Helicopter tape in the high wear areas. Fidlock Twist Mini Bottle strapped to top tube.
I am very excited to have this built up, and have been having a lot of fun comparing the merits of Hybrid/Mullet vs. 29er, different geometry setups, CushCore or not, etc. I have 2 wheelsets that are interchangeable on my 2 bikes to make testing/comparison easier (same rotor size, same cassette).
