I did. The techs at SRAM when I was there for the SRAM Technical University told us that the 34.9 Reverb is just a spaced out 31.6 seatpost and they fail more often. They told us just to buy the 31.6 and use a nice shim. I think specialized is the only other company offering a 34.9 seatpost, but I may be wrong. Regardless the Transfer with a Problem Solvers shim is dialed. Havn't had any issues.

As accurate as the Park Tool hanging scale is. You have to consider the 2.5/2.4 DH casing tires, the coil rear shock, and it's an XL.

Yep. It's 3M Clear Bra Vinyl. I buy it in 4" rolls from Amazon and gloss was all I had. I was leaving the following day for the Trans BC enduro where they shove your bike in U-hauls six days straight for transport. Just trying to protect the frame as much as possible. It is a bit of a shame to cover up the paint job, but it'll keep it looking fresh. The paint on this frame is wild, so many different shades and tones depending on the light.

They might look good, but this paint job is so unique, it would be really hard to match it with different manufacturer's colors. Almost better to compliment the paint job on the frame instead of trying to match because it just won't look the same. I also can't stand the buzz on I9 wheels. Drives me crazy.

Check out xpel stealth. It’s basically the same stuff you used with a matte finish. I buy it by the foot directly from Xpel. It’s not cheap if you’re coving a car, but for under $30 you could cover your whole bike, wheels and all.
