Mullet Dual Crown Nomad LT V4 (Cascade Link) - Mini DH/Freeride Rig
Parts
General Info
Dual crown fork, water bottle holder w/ OneUp pump, wide range SLX cassette, Boxxer threaded for OneUp tool. Because creaky crowns and categories are stupid, and I kind of think Zebs and 38s are also stupid (no offense to any owners, but the industry is silly).
Ran this bike full 650b for a while with a 180mm Lyrik and Cascade link, was a ripper. Just added a 29r Boxxer set at 180mm, front end is really only 20mm taller than it was before (or 30mm taller than stock 650b nomad at 170mm travel). Head angle is about 63-63.5, bb at about 350mm (13.75").
Such a rad Mini DH rig. Pedals just fine. Seat tube could be steeper, yada yada. Since this is a park/shuttle rig, I kinda dig the slacker seat (more out of the way when it's lowered). Still pedal this baby on 3k+ ft days.
