Dang! Standard geo is 505cs 677s you went 525cs 714s that is wild. Also 6’4 and currently on a V2 dreadnought. The crap geo that the industry pushes on tall folks is criminal.

I’m sure there is, but this isn’t it.


It feels like I’m aggressively weighting the front wheel but without having to aggressively weight the handlebars. So I can get the front to bite really easily on turns but I don’t feel like I’m doing handstands down steeps and I can float over chatter really easily. If the stack were lower, it’d feel like a shopping cart, but it’s nice and high so on steep stuff I can push into drops without overcommitting my weight.

You’d think it would be twitchy, but it’s really stable. The short reach and huge stack mean you can push into drops and steep stuff just fine.


I’ve already skidded around on the chainring protectors while slow-rolling drops and it felt really composed.
