@cblesius How did you set up the straight steer tube with the CC40 headset? is there a bearing kit I could buy to work with that?

Probably because it's a mullet bike from the factory. Though I am curious what travel they have the DH38 set at. I'm pretty sure you can drop those bad boys all the way down to 170mm.

As far as I know you can run this fork as short as 120, not sure why you’d want to but you can do it. Actually have this long shocked so getting almost 170 out of the rear.

The Nomad would be a good platform but really wanted a 29 front wheel which which would have been very complicated with the Nomad.

Looks good but I would be concerned about the fork rubber bumpers punching through the carbon in the event of a crash if the frame isn't reinforced there. I have dinged an alloy frame in the same way that was designed for a dual crown.
