Additional Info

Home made front triangle made with reynolds and dedaccia crmo tubing, 25CD4S water cutted parts and axle - filet brazed.

The goal was to replace a broken front triangle of Norco sight and add a gearbox.

Geometry and pivot points location are differents to have more travel, and more progressivity (160mm with 205x60mm shock - ratio rate from 3.1 to 2.45).

I haven't weight it but I guess it's around 16kg with those light tyres.

I'm so pumped about how it rides so far!

The chaintensioner is not the final one but I was too impatient to test the bike! I will published the final version later Smile

Thanks to the amazing bike community : Les Clipains Salamandre association for teaching me how to weld a frame ( Tig + fillet brazing), Edelbike shop for the tubing and frame construction advices, Etienne for the suspension design help, Tchouk for the photos and my dad for the water cutting!
