I did the bars, stem and pedals at the same time. I hated the stock pedals, and the stock stem was too long for my liking. It's all preference, but I loved the new stem and bars and the pedals are great.

so pumped to see this post, im also on a tight budget, i've been wanting to get a spesh bike, HT for all mountain/trail use. but im curious how it performs that's why i was asking for a video. thanks @TheOneJoe.
