The Spank Industries Dirt Wars - UK Dirt Jump Series - Start in less than 3 weeks!!

With less than three weeks to go until the start of the series there is a rumble of excitement & anticipation running through the UK Dirt Jump scene!!



May the 12th will see the first round of the series visit the Dirt Jumps at Adrenaline Alley Skate Park in Corby, Northamptonshire. This will be the first time of using this venue for Dirt Wars but as a lot of you will have seen, these jumps have a lot to offer and the event will tie in with the official reopening of the jumps for the summer. With a nice variety of jumps plus the option of roll in or step down to start your run, there will definitely be plenty of action to keep you entertained.

The winter season has been fairly dry for the UK which has seen a lot of riding & progression from both Pro & Amateur category riders so have no doubt that all the riders will be there to show what they are made of & prove themselves amongst the country's best. And not only are there the main events for both AM & Pro but for 2012 we have introduced the 'MountainBikeBitz.com Best Whip Contest' & Best Trick Comp so there will be even more on offer for those riders willing to smash out the big runs.

For those of you wanting to enter Round 1 @ Adrenaline Alley you need to call the Skate Park on 01536 202049 to book your place. Entry for this year is £30. When you ring up to book, £12.50 of that you will have to pay over the phone and the rest will be payable on the day at registration.

Like last year Pro category will be fighting it out for cash prizes whilst Amateur will be battling for a great list of prizes from all of the series sponsors - including goodies from Spank, NS Bikes, iXS, DMR Bikes, Ogio, Kenda, Bell, Saracen, Manitou, Hayes, Sun Ringlé, Answer, Smuggling Duds, Charge Clothing & Illuminati jeans!! This years series is also powered by Relentless Energy Drink.
