Coil Shock or Air Shock? I Tested Both! 3

I had never ridden a coil shock on a Trail Bilke, but I have always wanted to. Now that I got one, I tested it against my air shock I know like the back of my hand. I'm pretty surprised with the results!

Since december I rode a Megatower full coil, I will never be back on a big bike. The bike still smooth and planted at all times. Coils bring some confidences in all circumstances.

The coil shock is far superior to air. Smooth and no spike. l like it so much l want to get coils for my fork.

Do it!, smashpot or acs3 are fantastic.. Remy was surprised because he mentioned the most common misconceptions of coil behavior (may be that was the idea..) of sitting to much in the travel, not playful etc.. Rebound nature and the ability to handle successive impacts and avoid packing which leads to harshness is the main game changer for the skeptical air lovers..
