Additional Info

I bought This frame in 2010 for 75% off (closout deal) to replace my 2008 Giant Regn x
frame. I wanted to see if there was any difference between the Maestro and DW-Link designs.
I like the Iron Horse 6Point frame more because it has a nicer feel to it. It feels more plush
than the Reign which could possibly be due to the leverage ratio. I also like the fact that they
designed the Iron Horse to have a full length seat tube, although because they decided to
use a 30.0mm seat post diameter I am limited to using a plain old seatpost. I changed my
drivetrain from a 2x9 setup to a 1x10 setup which I have been quite pleased with so far. I
wouldn't mind a slightly larger bail out gear in the back such as a 40t or something, but for
the most part I haven't needed it. I installed -1.6 HAS headset cups a year after I bought the frame which changed the stock 67.5 head angle to around 65.5 with the 170mm Lyrik. I tried stripping
the frame this year to change it up a bit and ordered some new decals as well.
