Regarding the Dominion's.  Did you get the Hayes line through the frame?

Yep, I was able to get the line through! It's pretty stiff especially around the bottom bracket it wasn't super easy.  And the bend at the rear brake - I wish I'd given myself maybe another half an inch of hose length.It's tight. Run the brake hose through the frame starting at the head tube, and before installing the derailleur cable (if it's wired). If you try to run it through the other direction you will likely get hung up.

Nice build! I ride the same frame and lately I tried to mount my Hayes Dominions but it was impossible to run the rear brake's hose through the internal routing. Any tips would be highly appreciated! Thank you.

How do you like the Zeb on there? I was thinking about upgrading from my Fox 36 Rhythm (base model) but I wasn't sure if it would be too much fork for that bike or not, I'd appreciate your thoughts!

The Zeb has been an amazing upgrade from the 36. I don't think it's too much fork for the bike considering what I normally ride which is PNW steep, rooty, droppy terrain. I've set the head angle to slack mode and the fork just eats up everything and inspires tons of confidence. It's heavier than the 36 for sure and that is noticeable on the uphill grind but it's well worth the tradeoff in downhill performance. If you are planning to ride your evo mostly in steep mode I would definitely not go with the Zeb but if you are going to be riding in slack mode I highly recommend it. If you are going to be in the middle it's a toss up really.

Thanks, I think I will have to get the Zeb and the super deluxe to test it out. I run the middle head tube angle mostly but I will be making it lower and slacker when I go to the bike park I think. I have a Rhythm 36, so I feel like upgrading to a better 36 or a Lyrik would be a waste of time right?

It's not bling but I chose it because it's bomber especially when the BB is in low setting and pedal and crank strikes are more frequent.

It performs as advertised, more plush at the top and middle of the stroke with a very supportive ramp at the bottom. The ZEB up front inspires hard charging and the DPX2 is a bit overmatched for that type of riding. The Cascade Link really helps to level the playing field. At the same time the DPX2 and rear geo make the bike pretty poppy and the Cascade Link does dampen some of that but overall it's an upgrade worth making IMO.
