`Any tire inserts? I'll bet you're scared of the added weight but check out Vittoria Airliners. Better bottom out rim protection than cushcore *and* lighter to boot. Them carbon hoops will tongue kiss you for it. Promise : )

This is overall a beauty of a build--way to really make it look like a mountainous bicycle sonny

Thank you for your comment I appreciate the advise.
I have not ridden an oval chainring I may have to give it a shot.
The Enve stem comes with TI hardware.
I have the one up components chainguide and bashguard on there.
I do not have tire inserts but i do like your suggestion and i may try it out thank you.

Don't worry dude, there's no rules about running chainguide/bashguard/tensioner if you're running coil ; ) And yet I will proceed to insert my opinion on the bike, which is that the small weight gain in good sidewall tires (such as Maxxis DD, equal or less than the weight gain from going coil) is significant on the trail. You may already know this and just have a preference for a super light wheelset, which I get. But the damping and cornering is greatly improved with burlier tires. Awesome bike though, it's gonna be a blast and congrats on your first full build!

Yeah, confusing. Why would you want a dual-coil 160mm travel enduro bike with snakeskin XC tires on it? Seems like you could put real tires with real sidewalls on that bike and still have a light bike. Or if you don't need real tires where you ride, maybe you can also get away with a shorter travel bike?

Perhaps it's a bike meant to be the ultimate couch on wheels...super plush and comfy...but fast rolling so that it's not too much of a chore.

nice looking bike, Just one comment, why didn't you rotate the hose barbs at the calipers so you don't have them pointing up like that?

My old man has similar bike setup. He has air shocks, but still carbon patrol with exo casings. He rides serious trails that give most of us flats w/o inserts, but he doesn't ever flat because he never pushes as hard. Im actually pretty jealous that he gets away with it, and I dont think heavier casings would improve his riding at all.

oversight, It has been fixed. I was just excited to get the pictures when i got it all put together. this is my first complete build.

Haha I get it. same thing happened to me with the last brakes I installed on my bike. I had the brake lines routed, cut and heat shrinked before realizing I could rotate the barbs, thankfully they weren't too far off so you can't tell right now.
