I attempted to use a 5mm spacer to give the top cap proper clearance, but was having difficulty getting it tight enough with the EDC Stem. Using a spacer adds some instability and extra play, and it would squeak. I'm currently using the stock upper headset. I plan on making another attempt, otherwise I've read Chris King is working on a solution.

Do you happen to know your push shock settings? I bought one second hand for a 200# rider. Sick bike. I have the same frame waiting to be built up in the garage.
