ULTRA RARE 1996 Specialized M2 S-Works Ned Overend WC edition white with specialized decals in the World Championship and Olympic rings rainbow colours. It was a racer only, not for resale frame. They only made 50 of these frames according to what I find on the internet and some were ridden at the Atlanta Olympics (1st mtb Olympics). Its a real piece of history.

Geo was scary. I had the "normal" version of this bike in 1991-92. The fork was basically non-functional. I think it flexed and bound up and then turned into a sketchy rigid fork...which matched the stiff and rigid frame. Great bike for the smooth fire roads!

OMG - I have a FUNNY story about what could be a very similar bike...only, the story is from 1993. I miss "M2" (Metal Matrix Composite). Pretty much Al-Cu-Mg-Si-Ni...almost as much fun as the $25,000 "American Beryllium" that was way to stiff...and then gave you cancer or something.....
