Mastic tape 2228 50mm wide. I also use it as chainstay protection. 2 strips wrap perfectly around de chainstay on this bike. You can use on several places to make your bike quiet.

Excuse me for the late reply but I think the 160mm fork worked out great. Since I have an EC56 lower headset cup it's even the equivalent of a 170mm fork so I think your setup will be great. But I haven't done too much climbing to be honest but will do so next week. I saw your bike check and your build looks very nice!

tell us more about the 160mm vs 150? Have you tried with a shorter fork? How does it climb with 160mm. I've just ordered the same fork with the thought of reducing it to 150....thoughts?

Thanks! Still looking for the right dropper. Looking for at least 160mm but preferably 175 or 200. The 9point8 doesn't seem reliable enough. I wish Fox came out with a 170 transfer. Now I'm leaning towards the CB Highline 160.

You could try the Vecnum Moveloc 200. I have the same frame, same size and the Moveloc dropper post is fantastic! What's your HA with the fork set at 160 mm and the offset head set?

Thanks Jack! I will check the Moveloc out. I measured the HA at 65. The extra stack height of the EC56 lower cup instead of zero stack slacked the bike out even more. I was aiming for that and I like it very much it so far.
