This is an all mountain rig I have built for my wife. She had a hardtail, but last year when my En duro was in service for 2 weeks, and I could only ride her bike, which was too small for me, and also as much as I used to love HT's, at 48 I thought a bike with some rear suspension would be better. She only rides her bike on family trips with the kids on gravel road, so the aim was to build a bike which is comfy for her on these rides, (low stand over, etc) but I can also use on proper trails (proper reach). The result was a bike with a modern geo. The frame was built by the guys at TITAN cycles. I have included geo adjustment options too, as it started on paper as a 140/140mm bike, it is currently set up 150/150

Very nice bike !! I also made a Titan MTB see link. A softail.
How much did it cost to make a full suspension bike with bearings etc. ?
Are you satisfied of the result ?
My softail cost me around 1 100 USD (easier that a real full sus)

Hi thanks, i saw your bike on chinertown, that was a very good inspiration for my projekt, so thanks for that.
I have asked for a lot of custom things, and due to the cnc parts (links) it will be more expensive, you should add around - 4-500 USD for these. I'm very happy with the results, still need fine tune spring rates and rebound compression, but éven my first setup proved very capable for such a bike. Due to the build it is not as light as yours, but I'm happy with the entire setup.

Hí, yes that is the correct website for them. We have spent a lot of time on the design as i have asked for some geo modification possibilities using an additional link. It was a bit difficult to explain it to them but at the end they did it, so it was worth sending so many email. The only issue with them was that i have asked for a Truinion mount, but they could only do an open eyelet. I have ordered the frame in October, but there was a lot of months with complete lockdown in their city in China, so át the end they sent tge frame in April, but given current covid situation that was not bad at all. All in all good quality frame, would go with them again for a next build. So if you know what you want, and they have a similar layout (single pivot, vpp, horst link) already which you like then its a good bet. I have also checked the curves in linkage and it all looked fine.

Yeah, it all started with a custom geo Marino in 2018 which i have asked to be painted pink, so it would be easier to sell to her as a girls bike. 4 years and a wedding later and I could even have a normál raw bike for "her" 😁
